You can organize the files into folders, index each file by full text or keywords, and then copy the indexed files to a CD by using any industry-standard CD recorder. Any user who has a CD-ROM drive can search by full text or Query-by-Example to find any file in less than 3 seconds, according to the company. You can view a file without launching the application and then print the file or copy it to a local directory.
