A PC expansion card that combines a standard HASP software-protection key with a parallel port, the HASPCard (from $18) lets software developers enhance their HASP software protection by installing the key inside the PC. The expansion card, which interfaces to a standard ISA-compatible expansion slot, is functionally identical to regular HASP keys, so no source code changes are necessary. From Aladdin Software Security (New York, NY), the HASPCard is available as HASP-3, MemoHASP, and NetHASP keys.
