The Aspen Alpine 275XS, BTG AXP275, and S.A.G. SFT Alpha
each use identical Alpine Revision B motherboards manufactured by Aspen Systems. The board's processor, with its large heat sink and fan, extends nearly 2-1/2 inches from the motherboard and potentially obstructs two of the motherboard's three PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) slots and one of its three 16-bit ISA slots, depending on the size of the adapter.
