The Clariion C1300 and the StorageTek Nordique Open Storage Facility
offered the highest level of protection against data loss--both include redundant drives, two power supplies, two fans, a second controller, and even a mirrored write-back cache. A copy of disk writes in cache is maintained on both controllers.
