LANrecord 1.0 provides metering and chargeback for software applications, suite-based products, files, and other LAN resources, such as network connections and disk space. The program helps you comply with software application licenses and provides LAN administrators with data about the computing costs incurred by users and departments. An export feature lets you export chargeback information to external applications. LANrecord 1.0 (base server, $595; additional server licenses, $395) maintains in its database information that's gathered during the metering process and offers real-time-dynamic and history-reporting features.
