ChemSite for Windows ($99) is a molecular visualizer for building, displaying, and simulating the dynamic behavior of chemical structures, which you can then incorporate into presentations, lectures, and laboratory studies. Built-in rules of chemistry prevent you from creating structures that are chemically impossible, or you can simply deactivate them to construct any configuration of atoms. ChemSite also reads and writes data files from other molecular-modeling and chemical-drawing programs, allows you to transport structures directly into programs that support the Windows Clipboard or BMP files, and renders collections of spheres, balls and sticks, Bezier curves, and molecular orbitals.
