The market research firm Strategic Focus (Milpitas, CA) says that client/server implementations are lower i
n Europe than in the U.S. The firm's study reveals that 52 percent of the sites in Europe have experience in developing client/server applications, compared to 74 percent in the U.S. The study also found that the percentage of sites in the U.K. and Germany implementing third-party client/server applications packages is higher than the percentage engaged in internal development and implementation.
