Protecting your company's communications links, the Safeline 28.8-Kbps modem includes hardware data encryption. It is based on a Motorola 68302 processor and an AT&T DSP. It is V.34-compatible. An optional serial adapter board enhances the reliability of high-speed data transmiss ions independent of the terminal software you use. The system can be deployed in remote-access applications to LANs and host environments.
