The I.Bi.S bidirectional peripheral sharer, from Nighthawk Electronics, is a low-cost intelligent unit that lets users share a wide range of peripherals, including high-speed printers, CD-ROMs, tape-backup units, and external hard drives. The transmission speed of 500,000 cps allows users to share the
latest generation of printers and make full use of bidirectional functions. The server links up to four PCs to a printer or any other parallel device.
