Recognita Plus 3.0 supports over 80 languages and recognizes handwritten numerals, bar codes, and check marks. With a good-quality printout, you can use it to create text files that you can edit with standard word processing applications. The program can take input from some 140 scanners, including the TWAIN interface; from image files in a number of formats; or directly from other Windows applications via OLE 2.0. The program offers gray-scale scanning with automatic thresholding and image rotation.
