Genstat for Windows, a statistical analysis package aimed primarily at scientists and engineers, offers preconfigured analysis through pop-up menu selection. But the program also has a simple command-line interface. You can enter data directly from Excel and other spreadsheet programs or from database files . Additional features include spatial analysis and estimating equations. The program's regression directives are set to fit generalized nonlinear models.
