/ Object-Oriented Approach to Team Programmers
HOPE, the Human-Oriented Programming Environment from Aladdin Software, is an object-oriented team development tool suite whose features include on-line information sharing between team members, locking of fine-grained objects, smart merge tools, Import Wizard for ongoing projects, full control of the development project, and real-time change management. HOPE automatically saves all changes to its "particles" (i.e., member functions, classes, variables, or even modules) in its repository
rather than in plain text files, letting any number of programmers work concurrently on the same code. HOPE automatically detects and resolves logical conflicts in code written by different team members. HOPE runs under Windows 3.x, NT, and 95
