Lite-On Communications' fast Ethernet products, including the LF560, LF6008, and LF6012, are designed for use in 10- and 100-Mb operations. The LF560 is a LAN card; the LF6008 and LF6012 are switching hubs designed for use in both PC and Mac platforms. The LF560 adapter card has an auto-sensing function that can automatically move the operation s from 10 to 100 Mb, thereby providing an easy migration path to the fast Ethernet standard. The LF6008 has eight 100-Mb ports (100Base-TX), while the LF6012 has 12 ports.
