With Email-On-Demand (from $2500; fax option with one line, from $1150), you can request information via e-mail and receive it via e-mail or fax. The program, which runs under Windows NT, receives e-mail messages via MAPI or Internet SMTP, searches for keyw
ords, searches the document database for the requested document in the correct format, processes the request, and sends it out.
