RTTarget-32 1.0 is a 32-bit crossdevelopment system for Intel 386 and higher CPUs. It allows 32-bit programs developed for Windows 95 and NT to run without an OS on those processors, providing boot code to start the target system from a floppy or hard disk, EEPROM, flash memory, or directl y from ROM. Programs can run in ring 0 or 3 of the CPU. Additionally, a comprehensive run-time library supports C/C++ and interrupt processing.
