ArticlesAnalyze a Database

September 1996 / International What's New / Analyze a Database

WizWhy from WizSoft is a datamining tool for rapidly revealing patterns in a database and predicting future cases. WizWhy uses a mathematical algorithm that takes only a few minutes to find the relationships among thousands of records in many fields. You select the database and the dependent variable field to be analyzed, and WizWhy produces the relationship between the dependent variable field and the other fields. WizWhy reads all popular databases either directly or through ODBC. WizWhy requires Windows 95, 8 MB of RAM, and a 486DX microprocessor.
