East has released a Japanese-language version of Pivotal Software's Pivotal Relationship, an enterprise-wide CIS application that consolidates all customer information in one system. It allows sales, marketing, customer service, and operations staff to target prospects, close sales, fulfill orders, and solve customer problems. It is the first 32-bit application that fully integrates W indows NT and Windows 95 desktop and mobile computers with Microsoft BackOffice database servers to create an affordable, adaptable system for managing customer interactions and relationships.
