Collect data from Internet or intranet resources with Cardiff Software's TELEform ($4995). TELEform creates HTML forms that can be accessed, filled out, and submitted by anyone with a Web browser and transmitted to an Internet server using standard protocols such as MAPI and POP3. The forms are converted into the appropr iate database language and sent to a database for processing. TELEform supports HTML 2.0 and requires access to a Web server for posting forms created with it.
