Big Picture Multimedia's Mortar 2.0 aims to be an all-encompassing tool for Web developers. It integrates Java 1.1, Dynamic HTML, and FTP and HTTP clients for automating changes to a Web site. Also, it has a URL-verification tool, for checking all external links, and a site mapper with graph ical notations marking any errors within a site to help eliminate bugs before you go live. The program runs on Windows 95 and NT. It costs $499.
