Desktop Printing in a Small Package

Canon's BJC-80 offers color printing in a package that's not just affordable, but portable, too. The Canon BJC-80 ($299) is a 3-pound, four-color ink-jet printer that is 11.8 inches wide, 6.2 inches deep, and 2.2 inches high. It is capable of printing on paper up to 8 inches wide. The BJC-80 achieves 720 by 360 dpi with Canon's Drop Modulatio n Technology that allows the print head to control the size of dots as it prints. It is rated for 4-page-per-minute printing in black ink and 2 pages per minute in color.
