The Bosch Integral PlusPhone telephony program plugs into any Windows application that offers direct-dial functionality over ISDN. You can configure the program to automatically open a file in an ODBC database when a call with a previously specified caller ID comes in. Besides the sta ndard telephony features, PlusPhone includes an answering machine that allows you to provide individual announcements for specific caller IDs.
