The PC Card DataFire Go modem combines a 64-Kbps ISDN card and a 33.6-Kbps fax modem for use with the Mac OS, NetWare, and Windows. The board supports the V.120 and V.42bis compression standards, enabling transfer rates up to 115.2 Kbps. Based on Multilink PPP, the board operates like a standard network interface card in a Windows environment. It also includes a common 14.4-Kbps fax option and free browser and e-mail software.
