March 1998 / International What's New / Vectors for the Web

Xara Webster 2 is a vector-based graphics package that now includes a quick-shaping tool, for the creation of regular shapes; a Bézier curve editor; and a text tool. You can export your drawings to the emerging PNG vector format or to Xara's Web vector format. Support for import fi les includes JPEG, GIF, and animated GIF.
