Transcend has announced four new memory products this month: First, the company has released the high-speed USB 2.0 JetFlash, which can achieve a read speed of up to 8 MB/sec and a write speed of up to 7 MB/sec. It can be configured into two partitions with different capacities including security features, USB-ZIP and USB-HDD boot-up function. Second, the company has announced a new form-factor Micro-DIMM with 512 MB of DDR266 SDRAM for mini-size notebook computers. Third, Transcend is offering memory modules compatible with the HP ProLiant ML150 series. Lastly, Transcend's new DDR466/500 are high-performance DDR memory modules assembled with a double-sided silver heat spreader, designed for overclocked systems.

LEDtronics, an LED packaging manufacturer, has launched a new website highlighting its surplus of quality LEDs and LED products at www.SurplusLED.com. The inventory changes daily and includes LED lamps for based applications, PC boards, and displays as well as discrete LEDs. The company will also design and manufacture LEDs to custom specifications.

SweetScape is offering 010 Editor, a Windows editor capable of understanding and editing binary files. 010 Editor uses Binary Templates to separate a binary file into a series of elements organized into a data structure that can be edited using the 010 Editor interface. A number of Binary Templates come pre-installed with 010 Editor to support formats such as BMP and ZIP. Binary Templates appear similar to C/C++ structures, but execute as a program. 010 Editor also contains a full-featured hex editor with standard Cut, Copy, and Paste commands as well as an integrated expression Calculator using C/C++ syntax.
